This song was inspired by America's most prolific painter, Steve Keene. I recorded the track quickly in a day in the spirit of Steve's work - he'll complete 50-100 paintings in a day and has sold over 300,000 works to date. Believe me, they're quite addictive. I then asked Bob Nastanovich of Pavement if he'd contribute to the project, which he graciously did (SK painted the cover for Pavement's Wowee Zowee).
